What You’ll Do
Executive Operations
Own calendars, priorities, and meeting flow for founders—no detail left behind.
Manage inboxes with warmth and precision; draft, tag, and follow up so nothing slips.
Coordinate events, podcast production, travel, and brand collaborations end-to-end.
Anticipate needs, create checklists/briefs, and streamline systems so the team moves faster.

Social Media & Community
Plan, schedule, and post content across @thegynergyeffect, @yesifit_, and @garinheslop.
Engage with our community (DMs, comments, stories) with fast, thoughtful responses.
Pull weekly analytics, track trends, and recommend experiments to grow intentionally.
Clip podcast snippets, cut reels, and do light video edits when needed.

Design & Brand Support
Create on-brand posts, stories, and marketing assets (Canva or Adobe).
Support campaign, event, and launch creative with cohesive visuals.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials—down to fonts, spacing, and tone.

You Are
Based in San Diego and available for in-person meetings as needed.
Exceptionally organized—checklists, naming conventions, and follow-ups are your superpower.
Detail-driven—you spot typos, misalignments, and missing links before anyone else.
Tech-savvy with Canva (or Adobe), social scheduling tools (Later, Notion, Planoly), and Google Workspace.
A proactive communicator with excellent writing and a calm, can-do energy.
Passionate about health, wellness, relationships, and personal growth.
Experience: 0–2+ years as an EA, marketing coordinator, or creative admin. Less than 2 years will be considered for the right person.

Bonus Points
Experience in wellness, coaching, or lifestyle brands.
Photography, video editing, or event support experience.
Familiar with Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Founders’ calendars and inboxes are humming with clean systems and zero loose ends.
Weekly content calendar shipped on time; assets organized and easy to find.
Social insights reported weekly with 1–2 new growth ideas per month.
Events and podcasts executed with clear run-of-show docs and follow-ups.
