MEET THEMORALES CRUZ FAMILY
A mother. Her daughter. Land of their own, and no home on it yet.
Alma is 30, a single mother who works in a medical-device factory to provide for her daughter, Dulce.
When rent became more than her paycheck could cover, Alma moved back in with her parents — into a house where all of her siblings live too. It is crowded, with little space or privacy for the two of them.
A year ago they were given a piece of land. It is fully paid for. It has no running water, no electricity, and no walls.
Dulce is seven. She loves to paint and draw.
On November 22, 2026,this empty land becomes their home.
You won't just swing a hammer. You'll meet them. Eat with them. Stand beside them when the keys change hands. This is the part of the retreat we can't put into a brochure.

THREE DAYS, ONE HOME
A past GYNERGY retreat in Ensenada, Mexico, as it happened: the build site, the children we visit, and the people who came to work.
The three days
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Day 1
Arrive & connect
Travel from San Diego to Ensenada and settle into beach lodging. Break ground on the home, visit a local orphanage with donations, and close the night around a bonfire.
Day 2
Build the home
Build alongside your team and the family, with Break Free workshops between shifts. No construction experience needed: the build partner trains you on site.
Day 3
Hand over the keys
Finish the build and stand with the family at the key ceremony. A group debrief, then back to San Diego.
