• The LVL 5 Life member portal at app.lvl5life.com
• The LVL 5 Life Mastermind program
• ARIA, our AI coaching assistant
• All related content, features, and functionality

By creating an account, subscribing to our Services, or otherwise accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. LVL 5 Life Mastermind Program

4.1 Program Description

The LVL 5 Life Mastermind is a premium transformation program designed for high-achieving individuals. The program includes:

• Access to the member portal and digital platform
• AI-powered coaching through ARIA
• Transformation tracking across five life pillars
• Community features and peer support
• Educational content and resources
• Live coaching calls and Q&A sessions (as applicable to your tier)

4.2 No Guarantee of Results

While our program is designed to support personal and professional transformation, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual results vary based on effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. The program provides tools, frameworks, and guidance, but success depends on your active participation and implementation.

4.3 Not Professional Advice

Our Services, including ARIA coaching, are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• Professional counseling or treatment

Always consult qualified professionals for specific medical, psychological, financial, or legal matters.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Billing

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate access provided upon purchase:

• Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
• Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase, at our sole discretion.
• Mastermind Program: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days. Contact hello@gynergy.com.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

6. AI Services (ARIA)

6.1 Nature of AI Services

ARIA is an AI-powered coaching assistant designed to support your transformation journey. ARIA uses advanced language models to provide personalized guidance, but:

• ARIA is not a human coach, therapist, or counselor
• ARIA's responses are generated by AI and may contain errors
• ARIA should not be used for crisis intervention or emergency situations
• Conversations with ARIA may be stored and analyzed to improve the service

6.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to use ARIA responsibly and not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
• Use ARIA for illegal purposes
• Input false or misleading information
• Rely solely on ARIA for critical life decisions

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Share, resell, or distribute your account access
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our Services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

8. Intellectual Property
